At Chewphoria, we want to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about our shipping options, delivery times, and what to do if something goes wrong.
1. Where We Ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only. We do not offer international shipping at this time. If you’re outside the UK and interested in our products, please get in touch at hello@chewphoria.co and we’ll do our best to help.
2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times
All orders are dispatched via Royal Mail with full tracking. We offer two shipping options:

Please note that delivery estimates are provided by Royal Mail and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary during busy periods (e.g., bank holidays, Christmas) or due to circumstances beyond our control.
3. Order Processing
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.
You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your chosen delivery method. Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your Royal Mail tracking number. You can use this to track your parcel at royalmail.com/track-your-item.
6. Delivery Issues
If your order hasn’t arrived: Please allow the full estimated delivery window before contacting us. If your order still hasn’t arrived after the expected timeframe, please email us at hello@chewphoria.co with your order number and we will investigate with Royal Mail on your behalf.
If your order arrives damaged: Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@chewphoria.co with photographs of the damage and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
Incorrect address: Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to update the address before dispatch.
7. Failed Deliveries
If Royal Mail is unable to deliver your parcel, they will usually leave a card with instructions on how to collect it or arrange redelivery. If a parcel is returned to us due to a failed delivery, we will contact you to arrange reshipment (additional shipping charges may apply).
8. Changes to Your Order
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us at hello@chewphoria.co as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but once an order has been dispatched we may not be able to make amendments.
